Orientation on arrival day *An idea for a travel concierge service
Upon your arrival in Japan, we will meet you at the airport (Haneda, Narita, or Kansai), take you to your hotel, and provide you with all the relevant information for your stay.
We will not only explain how to use the subway, how to behave appropriately there, how to exchange money, and how to use an ATM, but we will also answer all your questions and address your concerns.
This service is part of our travel concierge service. The cost of booking an external tour guide will be charged separately. Even if you request German, depending on the season, services may be provided in English rather than German.
In this case, we will inform you in advance.
